Notes:
1 This monthly report is provided in compliance with Resolution E-4210, which approved the establishment of electric Preliminary Statement Part EX, Dynamic Pricing
Memorandum Account (DPMA), to record the incremental expenditures required to implement specific dynamic pricing rates. Costs reported herein are consistent with the
terms of Preliminary Statement Part EX. Associated Franchise Fees and Uncollectibles (FF&U) expenses are excluded consistent with Part EX.

2 The DPMA was established effective September 3, 2008.
3 Consistent with Part EX, the capital revenue requirement will include depreciation expense, return on investment, federal and state income taxes, and property taxes
associated with the Dynamic Pricing plant additions. PG&E will calculate the capital revenue requirement and record it monthly to the DPMA once assets become operational
and related capital expenditures are transferred to Plant In Service. Meanwhile, although the DPMA does not track capital expenditures prior to assets going into operation,
PG&E is reporting monthly capital expenditures in the table below for informational purposes.

4 Consistent with Part EX, interest is calculated on the average of the DPMA balance at the beginning of the month and the balance after Line 12, above, at a rate equal to one-
twelfth the interest rate on threemonth Commercial Paper for the previous month, as reported in the Federal Reserve Statistical Release, H.15 or its successor.
