Her e is a list of our m enus, pr ices and ser vices t hat w e pr ovide.
The hall fee is $475.00 f or a 5 - hour r ecept ion. This includes sett ing up t he
r oom , c le a n u p, l in en a nd ch i na . Y ou ar e a l l ow e d t o ch oo se an y 5 ho ur s of
the day but the reception cannot go longer than midnight.
The hall f ee is r equ i r ed in f ull t o book t he f unct ion and is nonr ef undable.
A sleeping room of your choice will be provided at no char ge for the Bride &
Gr oom f or the night of the r ecept ion. You may choose to use it or it m ay be
transferred to anyone of your choice.
I f hot el r oom s ar e needed f or t he f unct ion, I can set aside as m any as you
need and guarantee the rack rate.
Meals ar e in a ddition to the hall fee and start at $16.95 per person for a buffet
and increase from there. All food sales are subject to 18% gratuity and 7%
sales tax.
A guaranteed head count is needed 2 weeks prior to the function and
paym ent is due in full at t hat t im e. After t he head count guarantee is set you
may always increase the number of people attending but can never
decrease.
You w ill have acces s t o t he f acilit y t he day bef or e t he r eception t o do your
decorating. A Bangor Moto r Inn staff will be on hand to help you with any
n e e d s y o u m a y h a ve a t t h at t i m e.
