Returns/Exchanges: All returns accompanied with Return & Exchange Form will be refunded for the full amount of
the merchandise and sales tax. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges including the original shipping
charge except in the event of the shipping of the wrong item, size or of damaged merchandise. Products may only
be returned if they are in new and unused condition with original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Once the
package has been received and inspected, a credit will be issued to the customer’s charge card for the amount of
the item(s) being returned. If the order was placed with a check or money order, the customer will receive a check
in the mail. Please allow 1 billing cycle for credit to appear on any banking statement.

Please contact the Ricky’s NYC Customer Service department either via phone or e-mail (see above)
before returning any product.
Fully complete the information on this form. Be sure to indicate refund or exchange.
If possible, please re-use your original shipping box and packing materials to carefully secure the items
you wish to return. You can use the return address on this form as an address label.
Please place the return label included in your package on top of your box and drop it off at any UPS
location. If a label is not included, please contact our customer service department and one will be sent to
you via e-mail.
Damaged Shipments: If the items in your shipment were damaged during transit, please contact our Customer
