2. BRICKTOWN:
(Mile 1-2) As runners get settled in, anticipation is high.
3. STATE CAPITOL COMPLEX 22 5
(Mile 3) Enter from east side. Gorgeous landscaping, plenty of cheering, 9
revelry, and the stroll around the Capitol is uplifting.
NW 36th Street
4. SPARROW PARK / EDGEMERE PARK 6
(Mile 5-6) Robinson entrance from 36th; notable stomping grounds for
runners, historic neighborhoods, room to view from east side of park.

5. CROWN HEIGHTS
Broadway
(Mile 6-7) 38th and Shartel; just beyond 1st relay handoff. Continues

promenade thru wonderful neighborhoods. Half and full marathoners 4
getting settled in; seeing faces appreciated.
6. NICHOLS HILLS / WAVERLY AVE 4
Between Wilshire and Britton (Mile 11). From here runners are well

spread out and easy to view. Festive neighborhood atmosphere always 23 10
abounds: these folks are used to runners zooming by, and appreciate

7. NICHOLS HILLS / GRAND BLVD
(Mile 19-20) Park at Nichols Hills Plaza or lot at 63rd and Grand. Can
get very near course and see how race is unfolding, and easily proceed
downtown for finish. NW 18th Street
8. CLASSEN BLVD 9 25 3
Lincoln

Between 63rd and 50th (MIle 20-21). Starts enduring stretch on 24
Classen and 20-mile mark. Important psychologically for runners to 11
have support.
9. 18TH AND CLASSEN NW 12th Street
(Mile 23-24) Just before turn east towards Broadway Avenue and
finish. Historic Mesta Park greets spectators and runner, and leads
to one of older, most scenic neighborhood venues - Heritage Hills.
NW 10th Street 26
Witness what runners are feeling this late in the marathon, and urge START & FINISH MAP
them to the finish. Crowd fervor begins to swell, and runners know it, 13
as they know they’re coming close.

10. FINISH
12th and Broadway Avenue on South to the finish at 7th. Seeing the NW 4th Street
mass of humanity on the straightaway, finishing to enthusiastic crowds. 10
Every emotion imaginable: awe, empathy, accomplishment can be 1
witnessed and shared. This must cap your day off!
