As part of the project team, we are making these comments in an effort to improve the overall quality of the project. The specific intent of these comments is to raise questions about

issues such as operation, maintainability, and safety that may impact the short or long term operation of the facility or the ability of the design to function properly. Please have the

appropriate member of the design team review and comment on the following items. We are available to discuss any questions you may have. Note: New comments are in BOLD

feature, all sensor inputs should be required to be brought into a virtual point so that the virtual
