                                 Information Sheet

Center. Registration will be open Tuesday, August 3, from 8 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. On-site as
well as late registration will be available at the self-serve computer bank in the Exhibit
   Hall Wednesday, August 4, 7:45 – 11:00 a.m. To view the step-by-step registration
   process, click here.

2. On-line Registration Once again this year, all divisions will have the option to register
online. All participants are strongly encouraged to pre-register and pre-pay! This will
mean a quicker, more efficient check-in time when you arrive at the conference. On-line
registration also provides the opportunity for you to verify the personal information on
record at the ODCTE. Please visit www.okcareertech.org/be-folder for links to specific
details and access to the on-line registration form. The registration form is located on a
secured site, and will be available beginning May 10, 2004. When registering on-line,
please be sure to print the registration form as a receipt for yourself and the stipend form
to turn in to us at the end of conference.

Only online registrants who register and prepay online prior to July 19 will be entered
in a drawing for $177 from our teacher organization. Don’t miss this opportunity – the
   lucky winner could be YOU!

3. Special Needs: A space has been designated on the conference registration form for any
conference participant to indicate special needs required to participate in conference
events. If you have any special needs (dietary, physical, etc.), please be sure to complete
this portion of the conference registration form. A staff member from your division will
call you to discuss the appropriate arrangements. To assist us and to assure your needs are
met, please register at least four weeks prior to the conference.

4. Designated Smoking Area: State legislation and Tulsa city ordinances require that all
public facilities are smoke-free. The city ordinance does not permit smoking within 25
feet of any entrance to a public facility. To accommodate our conference attendees who
have a smoke/fragrance allergy, the area around the south entrance to the convention
center (across from the Doubletree Hotel) have been designated a NON-smoking area and
entrance. An area on the north side of the convention center, near the parking garage has
been designated as the smoking area. Thank you for your consideration and cooperation
   in this matter.

5. Credit Cards and Electronic Checks may be used to pay OkACTE /ACTE dues and
conference registration fees. MasterCard, VISA, American Express and Discover will be
accepted this year and must be current at the time of registration payment. Please be
aware that your credit card or your checking account will be charged immediately upon
