Personal Profile Values
Depending on the responsibility, many users can change their personal options: • Navigate to (N) Profile > Personal to see a list of the Profiles already defined. • If the User Value field is unprotected, you can select a value for this profile option from the list of values or enter a value directly.

System Profile Options
The system administrator can set profile options at any level: • Navigate to (N) Profile > System to see the Find System Profile Values window. • You can set a profile value at the user, responsibility, site, or application level for profile options using the Security hierarchy type.
