full payment must be received prior to the course. Only those delegates whose fees have been
paid in full will be admitted to the course. You can pay by company cheques or bankers draft
in SDG or US$ .Please note that all payments should be in favor of Pro for Human Capital

Cancellation and Reschedule Policy for Course
Cancellation and/or reschedule requests must be received in writing by email or fax. You are responsible for
ensuring that HRPRO receives your written request. HRPRO will reply with a written acknowledgement.
Attendees must cancel more than 10 business days prior to the course date to receive a full refund.
Cancellation requests received 4 to 10 business days prior to the course date will result in a credit toward
attendance at a future scheduled seminar taking place within 12 months of the original course. Rescheduling is
allowed on a one time basis only, with no further rescheduling permitted. If you do not attend a course within 12
months from the original course, the entire course fee will be forfeited.
HRPRO reserves the right to cancel or reschedule course at any time. If HRPRO cancels or reschedules the course
due to weather or unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of HRPRO, you are entitled to a full refund, If
HRPRO cancels a course in which you are enrolled, you will be contacted at the email address you provided when
registering, so please be sure to provide a valid email address
As an important courtesy to delegate, every attempt will be made to ensure that delegates are notified at least
seven calendar days prior to the start of the first day of class for any course that is cancelled.
