Click „Create a new Google Account‟
Fill in required fields
Can use BHC or other email
Gmail account not required
Open Google Email Verification
Click Link to Activate
Click link to manage account profile
Once in, Invite someone to collaborate.

Allow/disable pop-ups
Log in to http://docs.google.com
Click Docs and Spreadsheets

New Document
New Spreadsheet
Upload
Save Your Work
Exercise: Invite Someone to
Collaborate or View
From Docs Home (two options)
1. Open File
Click Collaborate
2. Click “Share Now”
Type email address(es)
Already invited before? Click and select from the
dropdown menus.
If the person does not have a Google account they
will have to create one. The instructions in the email
are not good. Please refer them to the instructions on
the “Creating a Google Account” slide.
Click Invite these people
Click OK
Type message
Click OK
Exercise: Remove File Share
From Docs Home (two options)
Open File
Click Collaborate
Under Collaborate or Views
Click Remove
