Purchase of shares in MPU Offshore Lift ASA
Mr. Tor Ole Olsen, Board member of MPU Offshore Lift ASA and co-inventor of the
MPU Heavy Lift vessel now being built in Rotterdam, has purchased 160,000 shares in
MPU Offshore Lift ASA at NOK 6.00 per share. Mr. Olsen had no shares in the company
prior to this purchase, but has an indirect ownership through Dr.techn.Olav Olsen AS,
where he is the majority shareholder.
