Heidi Miller, assistant professor of Christian worship at Perkins School of Theology, Dallas, Tex., preached the ordination sermon, "!have called you" Carr-Pries has served as associate pastor for the past four years after being interim pastor at St. Jacobs Mennonite Church, Ont, and prior to that serving as associate pastor for youth and young adults at Charleswood Mennonite Church, Winnipeg Man. In addition to her congregational duties, she is chair of MC Canada's Christian Formation Council and a member of the General Board.
