Solstad Offshore ASA has purchased 1 million shares in MPU Offshore Lift ASA (MPU) at
NOK 5.50 per share. Following this transaction, Solstad Offshore ASA holds 25,370,150
shares in MPU, corresponding to 29.37 % of the shares. Mr.Lars Peder Solstad, CEO of
Solstad Offshore ASA is Chairman of the Board of MPU.
