I. General
1) The maintenance window for the network is from 1200 to 0600 seven days a week.
II. Physical facility interconnection
1) Our supplier of fiber optical terminal equipment is Fujitsu.
2) The type of multiplexing signal we utilize is VT1.5 Sonet and STS1 DS1 (exceptions may occur due to specific
facility meet point arrangements and switch location.
III. Network Features
1) Signaling System 7 is preferable. Either A or B Link connectivity is available. The Signal Transfer
points (STPs) and their point codes are listed below:

Direct end office trunking is not available to remote offices unless a point code is listed
Please consult the Local Calling Plans to determine what Lubbock LATA offices are within the Lubbock local calling area (local in RED)
If the CLEC switch is a digital office, AT&T requires trunks to this office to be 2-wire if it is an analog office and 4-wire if it is a digital office
The CLEC will be required to build these end office point codes into their SS7 database if AT&T is not the SS7 provider
AT&T will send 7 or 10 digits in the called party number field from these end offices
