a) The blank tender documents can be obtained from the office of undersigned upto 06.04.2007 on any
working day on payment of tender fee specified against each work.
b) The tender documents will be issued on production of copy of enlistment/renewal along with copy of DR for
the year 2006-07 and attested copy of computerized National Identity Card of Proprietor of firm.
c) Tender will be received back in sealed tender box on 07.04.2007 upto 2:00 pm and will be opened by the
Committee Members of SSIC, on the same day in the office of undersigned, in presence of Contractors or
their representatives who wish to remain there.
d) Earnest Money in the shape of call deposit in favor of “Engineering Cell, SSIC, Head Office, Karachi” must
accompany with the application for issuing tenders, otherwise tenders will not be issued. Earnest money will
not be refunded unless the final decision is made.
e) Conditional telegraphic tender will not be entertained.
f) No grace period will be allowed and no tender will be accepted after 2:00 pm. Contractors are requested to
be careful for timing.
g) The Corporation reserves the right to accept or reject any one or all tenders without assigning reason thereof.
