The purpose of this questionnaire is to determine the suitability of your equipment to satisfy the requirements as stated in the

specification. YOU MUST PROVIDE A RESPONSE TO ALL QUESTIONS. Failure to provide a response may result in

the rejection of your proposal.

(a) Vehicle and major component commercial literature or specification sheets, brochures or any other information that

would substantiate the information provided. If your commercial literature does not provide information relating to a

particular question, you are required to provide a written explanation of your ability to meet that particular requirement

with your written proposal.

(b) Identification of all modifications or redesigns to the previously manufactured base vehicle necessary to meet the

requirements of the specifications. The offeror shall also explain in detail the reasons for the modifications or redesigns.

In addition to responding to the questions below, the offeror shall provide the following:
