The work under tender pertains to construction of Infrastructure at Daringibadi
Market Yard Under RMC Tikabali in District Kandhamala.

The worksite is located at Darinigibadi at 40km away from Raikia.
3. MEDICAL AID: -
The nearest Hospital / Public health center are available at Daringibadi.

TENDER CALL NOTICE
The sealed tender (percentage rate) in conformity with detail Tender Call Notice to be
eventually drawn in P.W.D. F2 form are invited by the Chairman,RMC, Tikabali from
intending and eligible Contractors of class as tabled below Registered with Govt. of Orissa
or equivalent class of Govt. of India / C.P.W.D. and central undertaking / Railway / Military
Engineering Services having experience, expertise & financial standing and fulfilling the
minimum eligibility criteria so as to be received upto 5.00 P.M. on 18th June 2011 in the
Office of the RMC Tikabali, At/Po- Raikia, Dist-Khandhamal, Pin: 762101 .

2. Intending tenderers may obtain the tender documents from the Office of
the Regulated Market Committee, Tikabali, At. Raikia, PO.-Raikia, District:-
Kandhamal, Pin- 762101, Orissa on payment of the cost of the bid document (non-
refundable) in shape of Cash in person or through authorized representatives by
written application during office hours from 10th June 2011 to 17th June 2011 on
any working days, on production of Valid Registration License.
3. Bid documents can also be downloaded from the official website of
Kandhamal District (http//www.kandhamal.nic.in). However, a non-refundable fee
of Rs.6, 240 /- including 4% VAT towards the cost of bid documents is to be
furnished in the form of demand draft in any Nationalized Bank in favor of the
Secretary, RMC, Tikabali, payable at Raikia. The Bank draft should be prepared on
or before the last date of receipt of bid document and attached along with the bid
documents failing which the bid will be rejected.
4. Tender received after due date & time will not be accepted. The tender
paper will be received through registered post/ speed post only as per above
address. The authority is not responsible for any postal delay or loss of tender
5. The tender will be opened in the Office of the Sub Collector, Baliguda on
20th June 2011 at 1.00 pm in presence of the tenderers or their authorized agents
who wish to attend .
6. The tender document must be accompanied by E.M.D.@1% as indicated in
the table, in shape of Bank draft drawn in any nationalized Bank payable at Raikia, in
favour of the Secretary, RMC, Tikabali, without which the tender document will be
rejected. The true attested copies of valid contractor’s license, PAN, VAT Clearence
Certificate, Labour license are to be furnished along with the tender paper without
which the tender is liable for rejection.
7. Additional performance security shall be deposited by the successful
bidders when the bid amount is seriously unbalanced i.e. less than the estimate cost
by more than 10% .In such an event the successful bidders will deposited the
additional performance security to the differential cost of the bid amount and 90 % of
the estimate cost in shape of Bank Draft / Post Office Saving Account / N.S.C /
K.V.P. / Post Office Time Deposit pledged in Favor of Secretary, RMC, Tikabali.
8. The Successful bidder is required to deposit an amount @2% as ISD, of
the accepted agreement amount deducting the E.M.D.1% deposited earlier, at the
time of tender in shape of Bank Draft / Post Office Saving Account / N.S.C / K.V.P. /
Post Office Time Deposit , pledged in Favor of the Secretary, RMC, Tikabali.

assigning any reason thereof.
