Calling someone when you start your business to ask if they want
to take a look at it:
Hi Suzy, This is Laura. Is this a good time? Pause I am so excited, I wanted to share
with you that I have started a business because I really wanted extra money for vacation,
to pay off debt etc.. (insert why here) and I thought of you right away. You are so
personable and I would love to work with you. We would have so much fun. Would you
take a look at this with me? (she may say well what are you doing?) It is with a
company called Arbonne - have you heard of it? Anti-aging skin care and it has changed
my skin. Will you come with me to take a look at this - I would love your opinion
anyway and it would me the world to me if you would take a look at this. We don’t
convince you and it is ok if it is not for you - you can say no. pause
There are chit chats going on every week multiple times - you will know with your
sponsor the date and time to ask for.
Calling someone within 48 hours of when you met them to meet to
book a coffee appt about the business:
Hi Suzy, This if Laura Fortner calling. Do you have a minute? If you recall we
met at Linda’s Arbonne workshop. Pause and let them say yes. Well, I am calling
because you impressed that night. You were so personable and outgoing and everyone
really valued your opinion. You would be great at what I do and I would love to work
with you. I have no idea whether arbonne would be a fit for you or not, let’s just meet for
15 min and have a cup of coffee to chat about it. It is not for everyone and I don’t try to
convince you – it is ok to say no. At least we would have fun chatting. Does Tues or
Wedns work for you?
