For the 2010-breeding season at Holloway Paints and Quarter Horses for live colored foal.
This service is subject to the following:
1. Stud fee is $750.00 for 1st mare, $500.00 for 2nd mare, and SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS.
2. Booking fee of $250 payable with contract and balance is due at time of breeding. Booking fee is non-refundable.
3. Mare care is $15.00 per day at Holloway Farms and $15.00 per day at World Class Horses. All unpaid expenses will be payable upon receipt of invoice
or when mare is picked up, whichever is first.
4. A negative coggins test is required on all mares that are bred at Holloway Farms or World Class Horses.
5. Copy of registration papers clearly showing ownership of mare shall accompany mares.
6. Ship semen collection will be performed by World Class Horses and all charges will be payable to World Class Horses at time of shipment. Shipment
for next day, normally Federal Express, will cost $275 and same day shipment, normal commercial airlines, will be $330. World Class Horses – David

MasterCard accepted. Collection only on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and order must be placed by 12:00 PM the day of your order.
7. It is understood that Holloway Paints and Quarters, Mike and Colleen Holloway owners, will not be responsible for accident, sickness, theft, or death to
your mare and or her colt. Holloway Paints and Quarters will exercise judgement in the care and supervision of mare. It is also understood that the
owner of the mare will not be responsible for any accident to the stallion.
8. Holloway Paints and Quarters agree to diligently try to settle your mare. If, however, she does not settle you will hold Holloway Paints and Quarters
harmless.
9. It is agreed that we guarantee a live foal from breeding. Should the foal not stand and suck, we will give you a return privilege, the following breeding
season. This guarantee will apply only if we are notified one week from death. A statement must accompany this notice from a licensed veterinarian.
10. It is agreed that if mare has solid foal, mare owner will receive a FREE rebreed for the next breeding season. This does not
include vet bills or shipping cost.
11. It is further agreed that should the above named stallion die or becomes unfit to breed, then this contract shall become null and void.
12. When Holloway Paints and Quarters or its agents sign and returns one copy of this contract to the owner of the mare, it will be a binding contract on
both parties, subject to the above terms and conditions.
13. World Class Horses will check all semen before shipping to verify that semen is in good condition, however, due to conditions beyond our control we
can not make any guarantees or warranties that the semen will be in good condition upon arrival.
14. Equitainer must be returned using an express 2nd day air service and NOT United States Postal Service.
