MACHINES LUBRICATION SYSTEM







The principle of improvement of machines and mechanisms friction joints lubrication system has been worked out.

Oxygen dissolved in oil in balanced conditions stipulates the running of oxidizing thermo- and tribochemical processes

which influence negatively both the forming tribojoints operation indices and their lubrication systems: decrease in

friction steam wear-resistance, oil ageing. The essence of the principle is in providing of oxidizing phenomena inhibition

in oil surroundings by saturating of the system with neutral gas (nitrogen). As the result of the dissolved in oil products

oxygen diffusion into this gas, their rectification from oxygen takes place.

Carrying out desorption in closed volume with pipe-bend is conducive to deoxidizing not only liquid but air space above

it. To provide lubrication systems with necessary quantity of neutral gas the method of gaining enough quantity of inert

gas directly in the process of operation has been worked out.



Technical characteristics. The system has

the main oil tank, to which the oil pump 2, oil cooler 3, filter 4,

fluid friction bearings 5 are connected in succession. Reservoir

6 for collecting non-conditioned oil has the bulkhead 7, which

5 partitions off hermetic section 8, which is connected by a

bypass line with bolt 9. Flowing of dirty oil from: conditioner

1, stand 11, filter 4 along line 12 is connected to reservoir 6.

Sphere of application: lubrication systems of steam turbines, compressors, cotton-spinning machines, rolling-mills,

internal-combustion engines, technological equipment, machine-tools.



Comparison with analog (advantages): The slowing down of the oxidizing processes intensity by decreasing contents of

the dissolved oxygen in oil because of saturating the surroundings by the neutral gas nitrogen is conducive to complex

improvement of friction joints wear-resistance and increasing the time of oil work (without change) because of inhibition

its “ageing”. As the result the oxidizing stability and wear-proof quality of oil increase by 1.3, 1.4 times and negative

influence of filling with water decreases.
