Connect router to windows 7 Laptop using Ethernet
cable.
2 You can access the configuration menu of the router by
Opening the web browser and typing the IP address of
your WAP.
Default IP address of this router is:
Cisco Router is (http://192.168.1.1)

8 Start up HTC Smartphone.
9 Click the menu, phone settings icon and switch on Wi-
Fi.
Scan and select wpa2 SSID you created
10 Enter the WPA2 security key
11 Now click on the Gmail icon and make sure the
following email address set up and in sync.

12 Switch off WIFI but keep settings.
13 Start XPERIA x8 Smartphone.
14 Click the phone settings icon and switch on Wi-Fi.
Scan and select wpa2 SSID.

19 OUTGOING SERVER SETTINGS

Then verify settings
20 With the XPERIA send an email from the XPERIA live
email account to the techmaintenance14a Gmail
account.
21 Switch the WIFI back on the HTC. Enter Gmail and
tap refresh the new email from your live account
should be available.
22 Download cloud print app on HTC Smartphone.
23 Connect the printer to the laptop and Log on to the
following website on the laptop.
http://www.google.com/landing/cloudprint/
24 Enter Gmail address and download Google chrome to
download app on laptop.
25 In options on you chrome browser, enter the Gmail
account for cloud print to work.
26 Click on Test page. Click search for a printer and the
printer you are using should show up.
27 Select printer on HTC Smartphone and test page
printing
28 You now need to install the k9 app for email POP and
IMAP emails to work.
29 In K9 click on the email you were sent and find the
setting more then, the Share setting then, print the
email.
30 Delete settings for next student
