views and an adjacent summer kitchen with BBQ. Outside There are numerous terraces attached
to the property offering both privacy and stunning vistas to accompany the beautifully
landscaped gardens. The property also boasts a heated swimming pool 6m x 7m, many pool toys
and inflatables and a Court for playing Boule. 12 sun loungers with cushions that can be placed
around the pool or on the terraces. There are also 2 day beds, one of which is situated under the
Mulberry tree covered terrace along with numerous other outdoor seats and recliners. In fact,
everywhere you look around the extensive grounds of 5 acres (20,000sq.m) there are seating
areas, private terraces and sun traps. Coast/ Beach There are numerous beaches all within easy
reach. The famous Club 55 at Pampalonne beach is a 25 minute drive, the private beaches at La
Nartelle and Saint Maxime are a 10 15 minute drive and Port Grimaud is also a 15 minute drive.
Boats can be easily rented within a 10 15 minute drive, along with numerous other water sport
activities. Day trips by boat to Cannes or the local islands also go from Saint Maxime bay, 10 15

love twenty years ago, it has Mediterranean style architecture with stucco walls and terracotta

standards as a private holiday home and consequently its fit-out surpasses most rental properties.
nLocated minutes from Almancil, Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo and a 15 minute drive from
Faro airport, Casa Bella Vista is an amazing house with all the Algarve has to offer on its
doorstep. nWe 're five minutes drive from the Aquashow waterpark and ten minutes from
Vilamoura and Quarteira and around 15 minutes to Quinta Do Lago and Vale Do Lobo. Casa

numerous beaches and golf courses within around ten minutes and probably 25 courses within 30
minutes’ drive. nOur home consists over ground and first floors, of six, large bedrooms, two

bedrooms. nOutside has been landscaped for wheelchair access with a short ramp to the poolside.
nOne side of the pool has a shallow ledge area running its full length. It’s surprisingly refreshing

nUnusually for the Algarve, the villa has an outdoor hot-tub from which you can take in the

blessed with a cooling breeze. nThere is private parking for four cars behind the villa gates. nWe
have a great little restaurant a ten minute walk downhill called A Carruagem (the carriage).
During the Summer you need to book - it 's very popular! Residents of Casa Murada are given

Loule Train Station. A train will take you to Lisbon in a couple of hours or so, if you fancied a

away. n nThis charming old country house has been lovingly and carefully furnished with
antiques, prints, watercolors and ceramic artworks preserving the important traditions of the
Campania region. The style of the house is characteristic of the region, carved out of the hillside
of volcanic rock tufo, combined with the fresh colors of blue, white and yellow used in the
fabrics, wall coverings and tile. Outside you will find private gardens and terraces planted with

nCHATEAU (600 m2) nGround Floor: Enter this chateau to find yourself in an elegant, intimate
setting, with twelve foot ceilings, long windows, and walls covered with stretched silk tissue
tondu. Large mirrors compliment fireplaces, and chandeliers add an extra touch of grace. Floors
are limestone or slate, some with oak inlay. Full central heating warms the chateau, and
tapestries ornament the flagstone hallway and main staircase. To the left of the entrance hall is
the salon, with comfortable seating and a working fireplace. To the right of the fireplace a set of
doors leads into the card room/ library, which has access to the eastern terrace and garden. To the
left of the fireplace is another matching set of doors which lead into a cozy TV room, which
includes a long L-shaped sofa, a satellite TV, and VCR (accepts US, British, and French
formats). The TV room grants access to the study, which includes a large desk, fax machines,
printer, telephone answering machine, and internet connection. The study also contains a single
sofa bed. Adjacent is a small hall, off of which there is a bathroom with a sink, shower, and
separate WC. Going back to the main entrance hall, turning right will bring you into an elegant
formal dining hall. The long mahogany table with seating from 12 to 16 guests is illuminated by
a brass chandelier. An enormous gilded mirror rests above a fireplace mantle carved from blue
Belgian marble. In summer, the French doors can be left open to admit fresh breezes from the
courtyard. The next room to the right is the breakfast room. Along with glass doors opening onto
a pretty terrace and a massive stone fireplace, an aged-pine farm table is the centerpiece of the
room, seating up to 14. The final room on the right side of the house is the kitchen, large enough
to host cooking classes. A 4 ' x 8 ' granite slab dominates the center of the room, and can be used
as either work or dining space. An open fireplace with a rotating spit satisfies all your
barbequing needs, and next to it sits a professional grade La Cornue stove with gas burners, a
griddle, and two ovens, one of which is electric. Other appliances include two dishwashers, a
microwave, and a television. In the pantry there are two extra refrigerators, one for wine. There
is also another sink with granite countertops for prep work, a washing machine, and a WC. nFirst
Floor: Two staircases lead up to the first floor: the grand staircase from the entry hall (small
children are requested not to use this route), and another circular staircase of sturdy wood, with
wide steps and a railing, accessed from the hallway near the kitchen. On the landing halfway up
the main staircase, there is a guest WC. At the top of the stairs there are four first-floor
bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a canopied king-size bed (200 cm) and an en suite bathroom with two
sinks, a bathtub with a handheld showerhead, and a toilet. The room has an ante-chamber which
is ideal for a baby bed. Bedroom 2 has a 180 cm king size bed and a separate dressing room. The
bathroom has a striking slate tub in the center of the room, two sinks, a toilet, and a bidet.
Bedroom 3 has a queen-size (160 cm) sleigh bed and French doors leading to a small balcony
overlooking the rose garden. The en suite bathroom is equipped with a fireplace, a dressing
room, a marble shower, a toilet, and a bidet. Bedroom 4 is located at the end of the hall and is
very private. It has a canopied 200 cm king size bed, a carved marble fireplace, and an ornate
ceiling. French doors open onto a small balcony overlooking the rose garden. The en suite
bathroom has a tub with fixed showerhead, a sink, and a bidet, plus a separate WC. nSecond
Floor: The second floor, which can be closed off from the lower floors, can function as a self-
contained apartment. Here there are four more rooms. Bedroom 5 is the honeymoon suite, as it is
situated in the tower between the first and second floors and is quite private. It has a canopied
200 cm king size four-poster bed, deep wall-to-wall carpeting, and a large fireplace. Steps lead
up into an en suite bathroom with a shower, sink, and a separated WC and bidet. This room
enjoys far-reaching views of the countryside in two directions. Bedrooms 6, 7, and 8 each
contain two twin beds, for a total of six sleeping spaces. They share one bathroom with sink,
toilet, and large walk-in shower. At the end of the hall there is a huge carpeted multipurpose
room (approx. 90 m2) with vaulted open beam ceilings resembling the inverted hull of a ship. At
the far end there is a fully equipped kitchenette (dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave) while the
rest of the room contains a large sofa, armchairs, a coffee table, satellite TV, and VCR. Games
include snooker/ billiards, darts, table soccer, and a selection of board games. There is also a

nChapel: With vaulted wood ceilings and stone walls, all illuminated by concealed lights, this
chapel is an impeccably renovated jewel of Gothic architecture. Located 40 meters from the
chateau, it seats anywhere from 50 to 70 guests on rows of wooden pews and chairs facing the
altar. It has excellent acoustics and is suitable for a concert or a private wedding. nOrangery:
This handsome stone building has a southward orientation, receiving light all day long. Located
along one side of the pool, it is 90 m2 with high ceilings, limestone floors, and exposed stone
walls. Here you have everything you need to spend an entire day at the pool without having to
return to the chateau. Amenities include a shower, WC, exercise equipment, table tennis, and a
kitchen with granite counters, a two-burner stove, microwave oven, and dishwasher. The
