What do you know about a sentence?
A sentence is a group of words that
tell a whole idea.
A sentence starts with a capital letter.
A sentence ends with punctuation
(like a period or question mark).
A sentence has a naming part and
an action part.
A sentence has the all the words in
the right order so that it makes sense.
One kind of sentence is called a

statement. It begins with a capital letter
and usually ends with a period.
