and 10.00 p.m.
3. A poll will also be taken for the election of Constituency members of the Scottish
Parliament.
4. The poll at the Scottish Parliamentary Election will be combined with the poll for
the referendum on the UK Parliamentary Voting System.

description of persons entitled to vote thereat is available on Council websites as
