Registration:   Mail-In: All mail-ins must be must be received by September 4th
                         August 2nd thru September 3rd
                         This page can be printed out for your reference. Click on the left side of the page, click on
                         the ‘2011 Volleyball Registration Form,’ print out all three pages, complete and mail to:

                         August 2nd thru September 4th
                         Saturday, August 20, 27, & September 3rd @ 9 a.m. to Noon
                         At the Lake Hamilton Optimist Club Office
                         Coaches will be determined by Volleyball Committee Saturday Sept. 3rd

Fee/Cost:       $50.00 / player (please make checks payable to “LHOC”)
                $45.00 / additional player, same household
                Late Registration: $50.00 + $25.00 =$75.00 per Player(Starts September 5th)
                Current LH Optimist Club Members: $35.00
                Game Admission: $1.00 per adult/Students and LH School Employees Free (With ID)
                Game Jersey’s will be provided

Late Registration: Late registration will be taken during the week of September 5th thru September 11th or until teams
                   are full.        Optimist Park. Call 767-7723 for an appointment.

Coaches Meeting:   Saturday, September 6th, 6:00pm @ LHOC Office (Baseball fields)

Tryouts:           Thursday, September 8th @ Lake Hamilton Middle School Gym
                (LEAGUE WILL BE DETERMINED BY THE DRAFT PARTICIPATION)

                2nd & 3rd Grade Girls @ 5:00 p.m.

                4th & 5th Grade Girls @ 6:00 p.m.

                6th & 7th Grade Girls @ 7:00 p.m.

Draft:          Tuesday, September 6th immediately after tryout of that grade level @ Lake Hamilton Middle
                School Gym. Head Coaches only.

Practice:       Practice starts the week of September 12th.

Games:          Opening Day - - - Saturday, October 1st.
