• Enter your person ID in the Person ID field. This is required for us to process your timesheet properly.
• The person ID can be found on your earnings statement. Do not use all or part of your Social Security Number, your SOLAR I
• Select the proper pay period by clicking on the pay period box and using the dropdown menu. All dates will fill in automatically
• There is a blank space at the end of the pulldown menu. Please select that space if you need a timesheet without dates filled
• Type work schedule in "Work Schedule" box.
• Type deviations from schedule in Work Time and Leave Accounting sections.
• Type OT pay and differentials in Additional Payment Options boxes.
• Type leave time, including comp time used, in Work Time and Leave Accounting section.
• Total comp time earned and OT paid should not exceed OT worked.
• Please make sure to check the appropriate boxes and enter the appropriate number of hours in the section below your work sc

Mandatory Overtime Provisions
Your overtime qualifies as mandatory overtime under the following conditions:
• You are a supervisor in pay range 1-15 or lower
• You are directed to work hours in addition to your regular hours and the additional work resulted in overtime
• The purpose of these additional hours was to supervise employees directed to work additional hours
• The additional work hours of the employees supervised generate overtime compensation for them
• The additional work hours of both supervisor and employees are generated by the same cause.
