Chic MICHAELE SALAHI and her husband TAREQ SALAHI will be the dynamic duo honored guests at
DC’s MOST FABULOUS Magazine’s “Real Housewives of DC LIVE Premiere Party” a charitable cocktail

reception & premiere party on Thursday, August 05, 2010 from 7-11 PM at the EFN Lounge (1318 9
Street NW, Washington, DC 20001). This event will support the following organizations:
First, the Dab the AIDS Bear Project (www.dabtheaidsbearproject.com), a nation-wide community based
organization of concerned citizens joined together to raise HIV awareness, educate and promote
preventative measures. Dab the AIDS Bear Project falls under the umbrella of Jacksonville Area Sexual
Minority Youth Network (JASMYN-http://www.jasmyn.org/), a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
Secondly, the Honor and Remember National Campaign of Remembrance
(www.honorandremember.org) a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Honor and Remember, Inc. is an
organization working to establish a tangible national symbol of gratitude, as a visible public reminder to all
Americans that perpetually recognizes all military lives lost in defense of our national freedoms.
The proceeds raised from this event will aid these organizations in their efforts to deliver front line service
to their respective audiences.
In addition to the “Real Housewives of DC LIVE Premiere Party” honored guests MICHAELE & TAREQ
SALAHI, also in attendance will be trailblazers in the area of community HIV/AIDS prevention as well as
all military branches and support groups, such as the USO and many more.
This FABULOUS event will also bring together a tastemaker crowd of celebrities, fashionistas, artists,
veterans/soldiers and key political, philanthropic and social figures to one the city’s chicest lounges
located across from the DC convention center.
This charity premiere party will feature an official VIP military meet and greet appreciation presentation
with the Salahis; signing the Honor & Remember petition.
The “Real Housewives of DC LIVE Premiere Party” will be well-covered by local and national press,
not only for the celebrity guests in attendance but also for the unique integration of raising both
awareness and funds for HIV/AIDS awareness and an organization determined not to let the military lives
lost in defense of our country be forgotten.
A staple on Washington, DC’s charity circuit for years, the Salahis graciously lend their name and
celebrity to this event benefitting these phenomenal organizations. The Salahis make no secret about
their patriotism; holding the U.S. Armed Forces very close to their hearts as well as the hope to find a
