SPECIFIC PURPOSE: To inform my auidience development of tv and BEKO

THESIS STATEMENT: All of the tv users learn about developing technology of LCD and take
advantage of BEKO technology.

MAIN POINTS:

What is the developing technology of BEKO?

What is the organizatıonal goal of BEKO?

What is the trade of tv in the world?

What are the strategies of BEKO to increase sales of LCD?

INTRODUCTION:

1)In these days, tv technology developed too much, LCD television is producing numbers
increasing

2)There is a technology change at the tv sector from classical CRT televisions to LCD
televisions

3)Television importation numbers are changable, but it was generally increasing over the
years

4)BEKO is especially focusing on LCD technology to have more market share of the world.

BODY:

1.What kind of changes in BEKO when the firm fist began to produce tv?

a)Beko established in 1954 under Koc Group. After 1983 Beko entered to whitegoods
sector,and with 1990s increased its exportation numbers and became an exporter company

b) After 2000 Beko developed under Arcelik A.Ş umbrella.

2.Analyse of the world trade of the television

a)Informations about production and selling numbers of the televison and LCD in Europe, in
the World, as well as export numbers from Turkey.

b) One of the important indicator to show market shares is the number of households who
are holding televisions.

c) European Union is the leading region with around 150 million house houlders
d)There is a technological change at the television sector from classical CRT televisions to
LCD televisions

3)Analyse of the trade of television in Turkey

a) Television importation numbers are changable but it was generally increasing over the
years.

b) Turkish television companies had high number of market shares in the domestic market,
but when technology switched from CRT to LCD, problems for Turkish companies occured
both in domestic market and at foreign market with decrease of the market shares.

4. Beko is especially focusing on their technical and after selling services

a) One of their stronger parts and feature that makes customers choice Beko products.

b)Organizational goal of beko is To be top 10 at the its own sector in the World and grow at
the foreign market.

CONCLUSİON: LCD sector is increasing in the market
