                                  Digital Media Coordinator

Primary Objective of Position
SHC Direct seeks a highly motivated individual for the position of Digital Media Coordinator. This
Coordinator will work closely with a team of professionals in a fast paced environment responsible for
the execution of email and mobile solutions for retail and financial clients.


Responsibilities
The DMC will work with the client services and strategy team to draft and manage the client email and
mobile strategy.

Email
        Develop and/or modify HTML-coded email messages
        Determine segmentation execution
        Testing email rendering across multiple email service providers and coordinate QA internal and
         client approval process
        Deploy scheduled sponsored email messages with SHC Direct’s email partner
        Manage and report on status of all scheduled client email campaigns
        Compile and post weekly delivery and metric reports

Mobile
        Secure mobile short code
        Determine segmentation execution
        Testing with QA internal and client approval process
        Deploy scheduled sponsored messages with SHC Direct’s mobile partner
        Manage and report on status of all scheduled client mobile campaigns
        Compile and post weekly delivery and metric reports

The DMC will continually monitor industry best practices and integrate findings to ensure optimal
results, improved email deliverability, and compliance around permission-based marketing, privacy, and
spam regulation (CAN/SPAM/COPPA).

Requirements:

        BA/BS with a focus on 1-3 years email marketing experience
        Basic familiarity of HTML
        Exposure to e-mail and mobile marketing. Social marketing experience a plus.
        Detail –oriented team player with the ability to meet deadlines and client priorities
        Exceptional computer skills, including DreamWeaver or similar program.
        Ability to learn quickly.

                                 Client Services Coordinator

Primary Objective of Position
SHC Direct seeks a highly motivated individual for the position of Client Services Coordinator. As a Client
Services Account Coordinator (CSC), you will lead in the execution and management of database and
marketing program deliverables including; customer service, print and production, database reporting,
web sites, email, billing, and data entry. The CSC is responsible for project management and
coordinates project implementation timelines.

Responsibilities
 Primary client contact for program management and problem resolution.
 Tracks, schedules and reports on internal and external deliverables
 Daily direction and consultation with external vendors and internal operations:
       Database
             Business Rules
             Data Processes
             Campaign Pulls
             Data Imports
             Reporting
             Documentation
       Email and Mobile
             Campaign selection
             Coordinate and schedule with Digital Marketing team
             QA and approval process
             Reporting
       Printing
             Campaign selection
             Coordinate and schedule with Production team
             QA and approval process
       Customer Service
             Preparation of training materials
             Call monitoring
             Escalation management
 Program Billing and follow-up
 Attends as necessary formal and informal meetings with department personnel and clients to
   provide information and discuss problem areas and solutions.
 Completes and documents specific projects given by direct supervisor. Provides alternate solutions
   and/or makes recommendations to direct supervisor on an ongoing basis.
 Adheres to all company policies and procedures
 At all times, represents the company in a positive and professional manner to enhance the
   company’s image with current and prospective clients as well as the general public.
 Performs other duties/tasks as required or requested on an ongoing basis.


Requirements
   B.S. Degree in Business Administration, or related discipline. 1-3+ years experience in a high volume,
    fast paced customer service and/or order processing department, or agency/traffic background with
    proven project management skills
   Excellent written and oral communication skills
   High level of project management skills
   Superior organizational skills
   Direct or digital marketing or related experience
