supported accommodation to people with a disability.

4. Availability
If successful you will be required to work a number of shifts including Weekdays, Weekends and Public
Holidays. As a casual you are required to be available for work between 20 – 30 hours per week. As each house
roster is individually designed for residents, shift times will vary, and hours are not guaranteed. The following
shift times are provided as a guide only.

5. Selection Requirements
Before you can be offered a position, it is a requirement that you undergo the following:
1. Police Check
2. Working with Children Check at your own expense
3. Pre-employment medical check to determine whether you are capable of undertaking the physical and
emotional demands of the job, at your own expense.

3. Complete paid, ‘off the job’ and ‘on the job’ induction and orientation of 3 days prior to the commencement of
your first shift and 1 day, six weeks after you commence.
4. Participate in ongoing training and development
5. Complete a Certificate IV in Community Services – Disability where applying for an ongoing position and
certificate is not currently held
