					                         To Change A QuickTrip Reservation

If An Eticket Has Not Been Issued

      Sign into the QuickTrip site
      Locate and click on My Trips on the Home Page (top of page in the blue bar)
      Under Upcoming Trips, locate the reservation that should be cancelled
      Click on the View button beside the appropriate reservation
      Click on the applicable modify button (air/car/hotel)
      Read and click “OK” to the message noting that the fare/price may change
      Click on Begin Search
      Complete the reservations using the steps taking in the normal reservation process

If An Eticket Has Been Issued

      Call the travel agency to change the reservation
      Send an email asking that the agency change the reservation. When sending an
       email, always ask for a return reply confirming that the change has been
       processed.

Tips

      QuickTrip is designed to be an automated system. The QuickTrip fee applies
       when reservations, changes and/or cancellations are made via the system or when
       communicating via email.
      Contacting the agency by phone, for anything other than canceling a reservation
       that has been ticketed, results in the reservation being converted to the full-service
