To Change A QuickTrip Reservation If An Eticket Has Not Been Issued Sign into the QuickTrip site Locate and click on My Trips on the Home Page (top of page in the blue bar) Under Upcoming Trips, locate the reservation that should be cancelled Click on the View button beside the appropriate reservation Click on the applicable modify button (air/car/hotel) Read and click “OK” to the message noting that the fare/price may change Click on Begin Search Complete the reservations using the steps taking in the normal reservation process If An Eticket Has Been Issued Call the travel agency to change the reservation Send an email asking that the agency change the reservation. When sending an email, always ask for a return reply confirming that the change has been processed. Tips QuickTrip is designed to be an automated system. The QuickTrip fee applies when reservations, changes and/or cancellations are made via the system or when communicating via email. Contacting the agency by phone, for anything other than canceling a reservation that has been ticketed, results in the reservation being converted to the full-service fee.
