NEW REQUIREMENTS


The additional functional requirements are divided into three categories: New requirements which are added in the current version of SDMS. New requirements which will be added in later versions of SDMS. New requirements which would not be considered in the SDMS.







New Requirements : Considered for Future Implementation.

1. Decline meeting 2. Mark meeting as tentative 3. Edit meeting and send updates of the edited meeting to participants. 4. Cancel meetings.

•Features which require inbox or calendar facility as the design of the SDMS was not made in way to facilitate addition of radically different software components. •Meeting notes too will not be included because software was so designed that only initiator can keep notes and if required forward them to the participants.

The problem of Manually scheduling meeting with large number of participants which leads to long delays and disorganized meeting schedules
