Director of Program Management
Responsible for the project management and business analysis activities for the combined Newsweek.com and
TheDailyBeast.com Digital group.
Manage the migration of TheDailyBeast.com digital assets to the Adobe CQ5.4 content management system.
Manage the mobile product platform including the creation of iOS and Android applications, WAP and iPhone optimized
sites, Amazon Kindle, Zinio, and Barnes &Noble Nook products.
Project lead for the Newsweek iPad application involving multiple external vendors, and launched the first iPad
application allowing readers to buy subscriptions using Apple’s in-app purchasing system.

product quality by managing the Quality Assurance process.
Work with the CEO and Sales & Marketing groups to plan the development and design support for editorial initiatives.

Created a companywide program and project management “community of practice.” Work with Digital and IT PMs and
other non-IT project management staff to maintain a standardized PM toolkit, including methodologies, metrics,
reporting, definitions and other artifacts. Coordinate a regular project portfolio review process.
