THESE TRIALS WILL BE HELD OUTDOORS ON GRASS
REGARDLESS OF WEATHER, AND ARE PRE-ENTRY
ONLY – NO DAY OF TRIAL ENTRIES.
These trials are limited to 500 runs per day, with no more than 350 runs with jumps.
Entries Close 2pm Wednesday March 30 or when trial fills.
If you finish a title after submission of entry, and wish to move-up to the next level at the Saturday Trial, Please

Placement Ribbons 1st through 4th will be awarded in all jump heights in all classes except Chances.
A Purple Qualifying Ribbon will be awarded for all runs achieving a qualifying score.
All ribbons earned on Saturday must be picked up on Saturday. NODT will not award Saturday ribbons on
Sunday, and will not mail ribbons after the trials are over.
Obstacles used at these trials will be: Dog Walk – ‘A’Frame – Open Tunnel – Wingless and Winged Jumps -
Weave Poles - Hoops - Spreadable Tire
As usual we will have our raffles in aid of Animal Rescue Inc.

NOTICES TO EXHIBITORS
Exhibitors, through submission of entry, declare that they are knowledgeable of all the rules under which you are choosing to enter
and be judged, including but not limited to the following:-
* Ohio State Law requires that all dogs shall be on leash except while actually in the Performing Arena, or Warm-Up Area.
* Montpelier Ordinance requires proof of Rabies Vaccination.
* The Organizing Committee may refuse any entry for cause that they deem fit, without explanation or recourse.
* Entries will not be accepted from anyone who is not currently in good standing with NADAC.
* Checks dishonored by the bank do not constitute a valid entry. There will be a fee of $25.00 charged to the exhibitor concerned.
* Exhibitors are responsible for complete, accurate, legible information on entry forms. The Club’s obligation ends at returning the
entry form, without guarantee that a re-submitted entry by the same exhibitor will be received before closing of entries.
Exhibitors are expected and required to be responsible for the behaviour of their dogs and children, and for picking-up after their
dogs. Any exhibitor who, by behaviour, threatens our tenure at this show site will be denied future entry.
Vending is permitted by the Williams County Fairboard at our trials. Call Pete, the Trial Secretary at 419 459 4836 for Application
Requirements. Vending Permits must be obtained from Pete prior to the Entry Closing Date. Unexpected walk-ins will not be
These Trials are open to dogs at least 18 months of age, including purebred and non-purebred.
Bitches in heat, lame or blind dogs are ineligible for entry, as is any dog with a deformity which may cause the judge to not be able
to reasonably assess the dog’s ability to function and perform agility obstacles safely, and in a manner that is in the best interest,
and welfare of the dog. Any dog which demonstrates aggression towards any person or any dog, whether inside or outside the ring,
must be excused from the agility trial. Any dog which the judge feels is not under enough control to perform all obstacles in a safe
manner will be excused from the agility trial.
Dogs must be registered with NADAC prior to submission of entry, and the registration number must be on the entry form.
No leads or collars are allowed on the course. No food, toys or other aids or devices on the course or within 10 feet of the ring.
Safety shall always be the foremost consideration in actions and conduct by handlers at all times.
No entry fee will be refunded if the trial cannot open or be completed by reasons of riots, civil disturbances, fire, acts of God,
public emergency, and act of a public enemy, or any cause beyond the control of the organizing committee.
Possession or consumption of alcohol is forbidden anywhere on the show grounds at any time.
Absolutely no sales of any animals may take place on the show grounds. Violators will be removed from the grounds.
Running order will be published on site. Handlers with more than one dog will be separated by the Gate Steward.
THE MANAGEMENT will not be responsible for the loss or damage to any dog exhibited, or for the possessions of any
exhibitor whether the result was by accident or any other cause. It is distinctly understood that every dog at this event is in
the care and custody and control of its owner or handler during the entire time the dog is on the show premises. Any
exhibitor whose dogs and/or children create unnecessary disturbances or repeatedly engage in unsafe or disruptive behavior
may, at the discretion of the show committee be asked to leave the show site. In such case, no refund of fees will be made.
There will be no refund of entry fees for Exhibitors/Dogs dismissed from the ring by the Judge, or Exhibitors/Dogs removed from the
site by the Organizing Committee.
Owners that pull entries prior to closing will be issued a voucher for the entry fees minus a service charge that can be
submitted with that owners entries at a future NADAC trial at NODT.
Owners of dogs that come in season or are seriously injured after closing of entries, and provide the relevant Veterinary
Certificate to the Trial Secretary prior to the start of Saturday’s judging, will be issued a voucher for the fees minus a
service charge of up to fifteen percent that can be submitted with that owners entry fees at a future NADAC trial at NODT.
No Handlers or Dogs are allowed on the track or by the horse barns. You will be excused from the trial and possibly from
future trials if you or your dog go into these areas.

Campers and R.V’s are welcome on site –The Caretaker will collect your fees during the weekend.

Dogs entered in the Proficient Category must jump at the minimum jump height specified by the following table.

As the table shows, there are five Standard Division-Proficient jump heights: 8”, 12”, 16”, 20”, 20+. There are
four Standard Division-Skilled jump heights: 4”, 8”, 12”, and 16”. There are four jump heights for the Veterans
and Junior Handler divisions: 4”, 8”, 12”, and 16”. Veterans and Junior Handler dogs must jump their valid jump
height and may not jump higher; thus, a Vet or JH dog may not jump higher than 16”.
There is no 4” Standard Division jump height in Proficient; the 4” Proficient height is for veteran dogs/handlers,
disabled handlers, and junior handlers only. In the Skilled category, 8” dogs may jump 4” as their standard jump
height. No dog may jump lower than 4”.
VETERAN or DISABLED HANDLER in Non-Jumping classes.
Handlers aged 60 years or older, or who have a disability that restricts mobility, may opt to enter the
Non-jumping classes as a Veteran Handler and receive 10% more standard course time.. In the non-jumping
classes, this option is for Veteran/Disabled handlers only.
When entering as a Veteran/Disabled Handler, you MUST enter all dogs in all classes for the entire trial in this
IMPORTANT. Please check your dog's NADAC registration number on your trial confirmation as
soon as you receive it; also, please check the copy of the results posted at the trial. You should report
any errors to the Trial Secretary immediately.
NADAC records trial results as they are submitted by the host clubs/groups. The individual trial results
submitted by the club are uploaded to the files section of the NADACAgility@yahoogroups.com list
within two weeks after the NADAC office receives them from the club. The trial results will remain on
the list for at least thirty (30) days. Please accept the responsibility to review those results, and check
that your registration number and qualifying points, as reported by the club, are correct. You can join
the www.NADACAgility@yahoogroups.com list and set your settings to "no mail". You will be able to
view trial results and check for any possible discrepancies, without receiving list mail. If you find an
error in the reporting of your dog’s qualifying points or registration number, please contact the host
club. The host club is responsible for correcting any errors and informing NADAC.
Levels. Points earned at a higher level of a class, prior to the completion of the lower level title, will not
be banked by NADAC for future use. If a dog earns points in a level of a class that they are not eligible
to title in, those points will not be added to the dog's records.

*Exhibitor/owner certifies that the entered dog is not a hazard to persons, dogs or property and that the entered
dog’s rabies vaccination is current in accordance with the requirement of the Montpelier Ohio Ordinance.
*Exhibitor/owner acknowledges all hazards presented by the event and the event premises, including but not
limited to, the condition of the floors, stairways, halls, lighting, security measures or lack of, electrical appliances,
fitting, show rings, parking areas and the presence of unfamiliar animals and people; exhibitor and owner assume
the risk of any harm arising from these.
*Exhibitor/owner releases NADAC, NODT, THE WILLIAMS COUNTY AGRICULTURAL SOCIETY
AND THE EVENT ORGANIZING COMMITTEE (including their various officers, directors, employees and
members),and will defend them and hold them harmless from all present and future loss, injury, damage, claims,
demands and liabilities involving the entered dog, the event or event premises. Without limiting the generality of
the foregoing hold harmless provisions, exhibitor/owner hereby specifically assume sole responsibility for and
agree to indemnify and save aforementioned parties harmless from any and all loss and expenses (including legal
fees) by reason of the liability imposed by law upon any of the aforementioned parties for damages because of
bodily injuries, including death, at any time in consequence of my (our) participation in this event, howsoever
