POSITION: COMPUTER OPERATOR



HOURS: 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday (Shifts Alternate Weekly)

8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday

(Will be asked to work overtime when needed, occasionally Saturdays and fill in for

Night Operator during vacations)



STATUS: Regular Full Time



LOCATION: Main Office



RATE OF PAY: Salary D.O.E.



REPORTS TO: Anne Johnston



GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION: Operates computer and peripheral equipment to process data by

performing the essential job duties on the attached job description.



QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

 Proficient in 10-key by touch, minimum of 150 spm (will be tested)

 Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office programs preferred

 Ability to work with specific or specialized computer software

 Proficient in word processing and keyboarding, minimum of 40 wpm (will be tested)

 Basic knowledge of Internet preferred

 Proficient in Microsoft Windows

 A.A. degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year

related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.



PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

* Lift up to 25 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
