Pasha’s is the brain-child of a serious self-pro-
moter by the looks of it, a sleek, two-level,
healthy fast food emporium that has the
owner’s name everywhere you look. Not to
mention piles of glossy brochures touting his
clean-food philosophy. No matter; the food at
Pasha’s rocks, and the eateries’locations tend
to pop up right when you most need them.
Pick one, and state yourself with a quick and
delicious labneh (thick yogurt) or grilled
vegetable wrap, a plate of tabbouleh and
hoummus or some grilled chicken served over
rice. It’s all top-notch, and the interior feels as
hip as a club.
