SFX : a summary


            SFX provides extended services (different
             kinds of links)
            SFX enables the localization of services
             and uses the appropriate links
            SFX sets up standardization of services
             across resources, as is defined by the
             librarian
            SFX furnishes a single point of
             administration of the various services for
             all data sources
            SFX is based on the OpenURL standard
            SFX linking is compatible with other
             linking services including DOI/CrossRef
