If you cannot make your scheduled time please try to arrange a switch with someone else and let Larry Tubbs (
540-847-1037) or Lynn Cunningham (540-891-2668) of the change
Concession Stand Duties:
- Please arrive at least 30-40 minutes prior to the game for setup.
- If this is your first time in the concession stand, please review it with someone during
an earlier game.
- The concession stand should be cleaned with food stored and the trash emptied after
each game
- The cash box should be counted before and after. It will be delivered before the game.
- Notify Larry Tubbs or Lynn Cunningham of any shortages of supplies.
- If minor children work, they must be accompanied by a parent.
- Two people are assigned for each game. Please coordinate amongst the workers to
ensure at least 2 are working in the stand.
- Start shutting down, or at least stop cooking around 5th or 6th inning of the game. We
will not be feeding the team(s) after the games.
- If a game is rained out, your assigned date is moved to the make-up date.
- Only workers should be in the concession stand. Please keep all others out.
- It is your responsibility to find substitutes or switch with another family if you cannot
work your assigned date. All changes must be communicated to Larry Tubbs or Lynn
Cunningham (so the schedule can be updated.)
