Replace existing single pane glazing with new low-e, double-pane

Replace and retrofit existing fluorescent lighting fixtures with T8
lamps and electronic ballasts. Replace existing incandescent lamps
with flourescent T-8 fixtures & electronic ballasts. Upgrade arena

lighting to new T5 fluorescent fixtures with incandescent dimmable
low bay fixtures over seating areas. Install LED exit signs with battery
backup.




Infill existing exterior glazing panels with new rigid insulation panels
