from GoldPrimeTime, we will notify you when to
collect.
• Please note that our price list does not include
courier charges.
• Safe custody is available to our members only via
GoldPrimeTime’s approved bank and only coins kept
by us guarantee you a buy back. GPT will service safe
custody fees of the coins kept with the bank on behalf
of its members.

The Compensation Plan
• All Team members make their way to the top through a
revolving matrix system which makes you earn ZAR 50 000.00
over and over again. This system ensures your success and
helps you to capitalize on the efforts of others present in the
board.
Gold Prime Time processes all payments to your bank accounts every
Friday. The closing day for Friday payments is Wednesday at midnight.
Members that cycle after Wednesday midnight will receive their
payments on the Friday of the following week.
The Compensation Plan
The system consists of two boards:
. Smart Board
. Legacy Board
The Smart Board
When you join GoldPrimeTime you get a position at level 1 of
the smart board and as the board fills it breaks into 2 sub-
boards giving you an up-lift to the next level.
There are 4 levels in each board and members are promoted
from level 1 to level 4 with a combined effort of all members
present in the same board, and finally cycling out of that board
to the Legacy Board.
The board splits when all the eight positions are filled, forming
two new boards.
• This board allows members to earn an income from level 3
every time the board breaks. A member cycling out of level 3
receives an amount of R4 000.00. Another amount of R4
000.00 is earned when a member cycles out of level 4. In
total, a member receives R8000.00 payment from this board.
• For you to qualify to begin earning commission as a
member you are required to unlock your username within a
day and qualify for a R300 to R600 TAKE OFF BONUS.

The level 4 Board Leader will cycle out for a total payout of R 8 000 (which is R4000
level 4 Pre-Cycle Payout Plus R4000 Smart Board Cycle payout)
Legacy Board
When you cycle out of the smart board you get a position at level one of the Legacy
Board .The Legacy board works the same way as the Smart Board, the only difference
being that the level in the board rises as down lines come and fills up the Legacy
Board. New members cannot join the Legacy board directly.
As with the Smart board, members begin earning when they cycle out of level 3 of
this board ,an amount of R25 000.00 and continue earning another R25 000.00 when
they cycle out of the Legacy Board.
Members also get a free re-entry into the Legacy Board plus a
free referral spill so that they can cycle faster & earn another
ZAR 50 000 over and over in a revolving fashion.
All that is required to cycle out of the first board is to help 2 of your down lines to
cycle out of the smart board and join you at the Legacy Board and qualify you for
huge commissions.

On this Board Members revolve from level four to level one continuously.
Bonus & Incentives
Take Off Bonus of ZAR300.This bonus is designed for
new members so that they do not wait for board’s cycle
payments to start earning an income. Every user id that
will unlock within a day will qualify for this bonus.
Follow the Leader System
The follow-your-leader system ensures that your boards move fast as much as
you want by sponsoring a maximum number of people .All your down lines will
be connected to you and will follow you which ever boards you move to.
JUMP OVER SYSTEM
The Jump-over system allows usernames that have managed to introduce 2
people to jump over the people that do not have 2 people yet.
GPT Spill By Will
Spill by will is a new feature that would help you move your boards your own way
and is a great innovation that this industry and our company has ever discovered.
GPT spill over will only happen during registration. The username that has 1
recruit qualifies first for the spill over from the up-line and even the up-line of up
lines.
This is to qualify down lines to the board so that the sponsors themselves do not
wait for too long in the next qualifying board, in this case the Legacy BOARD.
The system will give up-lines a dropdown of all the usernames that need the spill
over. This is defined as “raising a flag” for help in our GPT Network, then the up-
line will choose the username on which to place the spill over.
The take-off bonus of R300 will not apply to usernames that have been assisted by
spill over for unlocking, even if this happens within a day. The only usernames that
will qualify for this commission are the ones that unlock with 2 people without the
assistance of spill overs within a day.
First Award
*Gold or Cash to the value of R2800
When you cycle out of the Legacy board and 10
people have cycled out of the Legacy board from
your team, at least 2 direct referrals, then you
will qualify for this award.
Second Award
• Gold valued at ZAR 10 000
• When 25 people have cycled out of Legacy board in
your team and at least 2 direct referrals, you will
qualify you to earn this award.
• Remember the first 10 people that made you to
qualify for the first award are also taken into account,
which means you need 15 more people to earn this
award.
Third Award
• Gold valued at ZAR 20 000
• When you cycle out of the Legacy Board and
50 people in your team have cycled out at
least 2 direct referral will qualify you for this
award.
Fourth Award
• Gold valued at ZAR 50 000
• When you cycle out of the Legacy board and
100 of your down lines have done the same,
with at least 2 direct referrals , you will qualify
for this award.

Get a lump-sum cash deposit of R 200 000 to a
dealership of choice to buy one of these car
brands.
This happens when you cycle out of the Legacy Board and 500 people
in your team have cycled out of the Legacy board, with at least 2
