EMERGENCY ACTIVATION
In case of a disaster,
CERT members are
to contact EMA to CERT MEMBERS
report damage in their
neighborhoods. At
that time, EMA will let
you know if the event
warrants CERT EMA
activation or not.
CONTACTING EMA
The following protocol should be taken by CERT
members when contacting EMA via land or cell
lines during a disaster:
– Call 648-5702, 553-5162, or 648-5777, ask for Jeff, if
no answer then;
– Call Jeff at 320-2398, if no answer then;
– Call Jerry at 320-2203, if no answer then:
– Send someone to the nearest fire station to make
contact with EMA over the radio system. This
should be a last resort.
– If still no contact then use your skills to Adapt,
Improvise, and Overcome!!!
