*Prices are for class time only, no renewal fees are included which are due to the
International Office at time application(s) is submitted for renewal.
All Certification *Challenge Exams: Member $ 250.00 ea. Non-member $ 300.00
*Anyone failing a challenge exam will be required to take the entire course at a later date for
full course price. All Challenge Exams and Retakes Exams will be 8 am Friday OCTOBER 21,
2011

*NOTE: Registrations made after OCTOBER 13, 2011 will be considered Late Registration
and a $50.00 additional late charge must be included with payment.
All membership applications and IMSA International certification renewals fee’s
must be sent to IMSA International
