2011 FALL ACTIVITY GUIDE THE CITY OF FIRCREST

DATES, TIMES AND LOCATIONS FOR CITY OF FIRCREST RECREATION PROGRAMS AND EVENTS
           Introduction
Summer is coming to an end and we are transitioning our way into
fall and a great line up of activities and events for the whole family.
We were very happy with the success and turnout of the Summer Ci t y
Drop In Day Camp, Go Hawaiian Pool Party, Strawberry Feed and Of f i c ia ls
Band Concert, Picnic and Movie in the Park, new Derby Days, Car
Show, National Night Out, and Fircrest Fun Days events. I would Fircrest City Council
also like to take this opportunity to thank all of our generous donors David M. Viafore, Mayor
and volunteers. Without the on-going financial support of our
donors and the dedication from our volunteers, many of our events Robert Thaden, Mayor ProTempore
would not be possible. The Fircrest Community Center Advisory Chris Gruver
Committee continues to meet the third Tuesday of each month at
7PM at the Roy H. Murphy Community Center. Please feel free to Matthew Jolibois
drop in and check out a meeting. We are continuously looking at Kathy L. McVay
ways to improve old programs, create new ones, and make the
Community Center the heart for community activities. Mike Weinman
