This Litter Box Rocks Both Literally And Figuratively
The Roll Away Self Cleaning Litter Box cleans in just secounds without

I do not review much but I must on these. We own 30 of these, 20 small
and 10 large for our upscale cat boarding business. We have had them for
2 years now (without replacing them) and they get rolled 3 times a day and
have been through 1300 cats.
I would have to say that buying these litter boxes is one of the best
decisions I made in this business. The comments our customers make is
mostly based around the fact that we can have 60 cats boarding with us
and absolutely no smell. We do this by rigorous cleaning practices AND
because these litter boxes are so wonderful that we can roll 30 litter boxes
in 15 minutes so they are always clean!! I have recommended these to all
of my customers and across the board they all love them.
HINT 1: When you roll the litter box on its top make sure you give it 2 or 3
bangs with your fist on the bottom, this makes sure that nothing is getting
stuck on the bottom.
HINT 2: If you get a drawer full of clean litter after you roll, 1 of 2 things
has happened. Either you rolled it too fast and the litter did not have time
to sift OR the grate has come out of the grooves inside. If that is the case
simply remove the top of the litter box and pop the bottom of the grate
back into the grooves, very easy, it takes 2 seconds and it doesnt happen
very often.
There is one downside, but easily remedied. The grate inside the litter box
split on at least 15 of my litter boxes AFTER about 18 months of constant
use. I wrote an e-mail to Omega Paw explaining that I had 30 of their
boxes and about 15 of them had this problem, I asked how I could
purchase replacement grates. They told me that THEY DO NOT CHARGE
FOR ANY REPLACEMENT PARTS (imagine that!) they asked me to send
a check for $15.99 to cover shipping and that they would send me my
replacement parts. WELL, I sent the check and ordered 15 replacement
parts, 2 weeks later I received 30 replacement grates plus replacement
clips that I did not order!!
The product is fantastic, the customer service is even better! 5 stars for
me for sure!
