levels of cooking skill. It provides the cook/baker with preliminary baking tips; recipes for breads, quick

healthy baking; special event cookery; tasks; techniques; terms; substitutes; storage; and essentials in your

and cooking wild game. Recipes range from the more common venison and rabbit to coot stew and deep-
fried rattlesnake. A table lists a comparison of wild game and domestic meat in calories, protein, and
