Unreasonable behaviour: provide full details of the behaviour you wish to rely upon with dates and examples

less impact.
Adultery: cannot be used in the dissolution of a civil partnership. Provide full details with any dates / confession and
the circumstances that you found out, etc. You do not need to name the third party (and we recommend that you do not)
but if you do, please provide their full name and address.

We require you to provide us with the original marriage certificate or a certified copy from
the registry. This is filed with the petition at court and will not be returned.

contact with the children, these can only be dealt with on an individual basis in which
case we would invite you to contact us direct and speak to one of our family team [link to
Family website page].
Any advice in relation to financial aspects of the separation will not form part of the

we are be able to provide.

with your case. Work will commence immediately upon receipt and you will be able to sit

as part of your divorce e.g. sale of your house or the need to make a will. You need to
