Graduates of the Military Police Officer Basic
Course possess the technical and tactical
skills, physical fitness and leadership qualities
required to successfully lead platoons. They
are familiar with the five functions of the MP
Corps and are trained on the most critical tasks
required of a platoon leader. These officers
demonstrate a thorough understanding of and
willingness to live by the Army values and a
firm grasp of the attributes, skills, and actions
that form the foundation of a competent and
                     confident leader.
