The purpose of this amendment is to revise the requirement from (1) HPAC and (2) LPACs to (1) HPAC and (1) LPAC by replacing
the Statement Of Work REV-1 with Statement Of Work REV-2, attached.




Except as provided herein, all terms and conditions of the document referenced in Item 9A or 10A, as heretofore changed, remains unchanged and in full force and
effect.

3. JOB DESCRIPTION:

       3.1        The USS Asheville will be securing high pressure and low pressure air and requires one temporary high pressure air
                  compressor, capable of supplying 4500 psig and one temporary low pressure air compressor capable of supplying 125
                  psig. This temporary equipment is critical to continue ship’s work while in port.


4. FEATURES REQUIRED:

       4.1        The HPAC shall be a five stage, direct air cooled, oil lubricated reciprocating compressor with crankshaft driven oil
                  pump, low oil pressure switch, oil pressure gauge, full flow oil filter, inlet filter,
                  Intercoolers and after coolers, separators, safety valves, and drain valves.

       4.2        The HPAC shall deliver 75 scfm at 5000 psig.

       4.3        The HPAC shall include high pressure air hoses at a minimum of 200ft and each hose shall be tested and certified at
                  10,000 psi.

       4.4        The LPAC shall deliver 200 scfm at 125 psi.

       4.5        The LPAC shall be an air cooled rotary screw with safety controls and sound enclosure.

       4.6        The LPAC shall include a 240 gallon receiver with relief valves, manual drain and manifold with 4 services valves.
                  Receiver and compressor mounted on a common base.

       4.7        The LPAC shall include a minimum of 200 ft of low pressure hose certified and tested at 125 psi.

       4.8        The LPAC requires a quick disconnect within 10ft of any hatch. Basically requiring at least one quick disconnect per
                  service line.

       4.9        Both the High pressure air and low pressure air compressors will have electrical hook-ups. (not to be fuel powered)
5. NOTES:

       5.1 PWC will provide electrical connection to the electrical mount located on pier.

       5.2 Contract services will contact t-shed prior to contractor delivery to provide forklift for unloading.

       5.3 Contract services will obtain large birm from port ops for HPAC placement.
