PURPOSE: Responsible for maintenance of all reporting and system databases. Responsible for the development of reports requested by GatewayCDI Team Members and clients. Assists in special projects as requested by management. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Report Development Analyze data and develop reports as requested by users utilizing the Taurus / Hyperion / Ecomedate Systems Develop client reports and billing procedures as requested Work with users to develop understanding and ability to use data query tools as provided Understand and improve the data structures contained in all systems. System Development Development of customer communication tools through the use of Correspondence Manager Integration of @ease database into Taurus reporting and development of cross systems reports such as Client Snapshots Develop a complete understanding of systems as assigned Design and Maintenance of all databases structures and standardization of integration Work with Network Manager to optimize database servers Help Desk Functions Answer questions and queries on the function of reports including but not limited to Ecometry, Taurus, Forecast 21, and Multiview. Training and Documentation Development of all documentation supporting reports Development of training programs and development of train the trainer programs PRIMARY INTERACTIONS: Daily interaction with departmental peers and company management. Daily interaction with system users on help desk functions or periodic problems. TIME ALLOCATION: Report Development – 65% System Development - 10% Help Desk Functions – 5% Training and Documentation – 10% Administrative/Reporting – 5% Miscellaneous Projects – 5% COMPETENCIES: Ability to develop and effectively design training programs Strong verbal, written and presentation skills
