We need a web based content management system for online directory. The data will be categorized into 12 categories and further into subcategories. Any vendor can submit his info through online form, but the data will not be immediately displayed and it would be added to database only after approval by admin. Database will be divided into to sections, first Prioritized (paid) and other free data. Paid data would always appear before the free data in all searches Data can be searched on the basis of categories, sub categories, area or keywords. Whenever data is retrieved, it must be displayed randomly at every search. Separate link for anyone who wants to advertise with us. And one clicks on it, a pop up window telling “Why to advertise with Us” will open & there will be a registration cum query form and also the Advertisement plans on the right side. Site should not be heavy and must load fast. Search results must be fast. All pages in the site will have the search bar. In the center of home page would be Categories and subcategories. On the right side on all pages would be 2 Vertical Banners, each would have 2 banners displayed by rotation. Also the placement of these banners would change randomly. There would be a horizontal banner at the top towards the right, which will display banners on rotation. The banner at the bottom of page will also diplay vendors on rotation basis. In the left side would be the menu for categories and below that under the heading of featured vendors, 4 tabs will be displayed at a time, which would keep on changing randomly. Separate registration form for vendors and users. There will be SMS option with all the data. If any user wants to get contact information of a vendor on his mobile, he can simply click and get a SMS on his mobile. API for SMS option will be provided by us. If a user wants to send a query to a vendor, he can also SMS his query directly to the vendor, besides the usual enquiry form. There would be Discount Coupon option. Link would be displayed on top right of that vendors info. On clicking it would open up in pop up window and will have the option of email and sms on it. By clicking on SMS this offer, the user will get an SMS about the offer on his mobile. All the SMS service to registered users only. Registration form would be short and Mobile number of users will be there login ID . As soon as a new user registers, a confirmation code will be sent to his mobile which he needs to enter to complete registration. When anyone sends an enquiry to a vendor, we will have all the database of number of enquiries generated to any vendor, discount coupons downloaded etc. There should be system to check duplicate entries. There would be White Label Marketing, We will make single web page for vendors and also Full sites. Both these would be in prioritized data.
These vendors will also have there own login Ids and will be able to choose from templates and change any info on their web pages. There will be choice of 5 templates for single web page option and different 5 template designs for full site. There will be a small box on right side towards the top, for Offers of the month. In this box 3 offers will be displayed randomly out of 10, on all pages.
ADMIN SECTION All data submissions online need to be approved. Admin can send SMS to all registered users or Users of any particular area about any promotional offer. A system will be developed which informs us of the date of expiry of membership, In case of annual membership- 1 month in advance, second notice 10 days in advance and if it is not renewed then it is to be shifted to free section In case of monthly advertisements, notice must be 7 days in advance.
