Thank you for your recent enquiry regarding the above vacancy within Sussex Probation Area. We have an opportunity to join the middle management team in Sussex Probation Area. Our middle managers are appointed to a generic role where staff move between an OM multi team management role, PPT management, Interventions, Approved Premises or other specialist management roles. The first placement would be as OM manager to the West Downs Team, which covers Chichester, Littlehampton and Worthing. Reporting directly to the Assistant Chief Officer you will ideally have management experience and skills across the full range of management responsibilities covering OM integrity, partner interface, service improvement, performance management and staff development.
